We are located within the Yakama Indian Reservation in Washington State, and are proud to say we've been selling beads here for more than 35 years.
We originally started selling seed beads/rocailles mostly from Czechoslovakia. The last few years we've expanded our inventory to include some of the Japanese seed beads, pressed glass beads from several countries as well as hand-made glass, and of course crystals. We also now carry beads made of natural material, semi-precious beads and chips, shell heshi, as well as ceramic and porcelain beads and pendants. Of course, metal beads and bone beads have always been popular.

We will ship UPS unless otherwise specified. Orders can also be shipped Post Office or Fedex. UPS orders are automatically insured up to $100.00. If the order is more than $100.00, insurance will be added to the order. Orders shipped through the Post Office will be insured for the exact amount of the order. All shipping and insurance fees are our actual costs.
The website will not calculate shipping costs on orders shipped out of the United States. Those costs will be added when your order is processed in our retail store. If you are paying using Pay Pal, and the item is being shipped out of the United States, we may need to contact you to get credit card information to pay for the shipping cost, as Pay Pal will only pay the amount authorized on the website, which does not include shipping if the item is being shipped out of the United States.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will not be shipped until the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of any out-of-stock items. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, and must be in original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. Most items shown in the Web Store will have a 2-price-break range. Larger quantity bulk rates may be obtained on selected items, but you need to email us at email@example.com or call us at 509-877-6405 to see if the item you're looking at will qualify for any further reduction.
Wholesale customers with a valid Washington State resale certificate will receive a 25% discount on most items without requiring minimum quantities. That discount will be processed in our store when your order is finalized.
